1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Runbeaz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. The Service is provided by Technovicinity Limited.
2. Description of Service
Runbeaz is a business operating system (ERP) that provides tools for human resources, finance, production, sales, and other business functions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access.
4. Payment & Subscription
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable, except as required by law. We may change pricing with prior notice. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual property, transmitting malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access, and interfering with the integrity of the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Technovicinity Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Technovicinity Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
